Practised by several well know special forces and police forces around the world. You don't need any previous experience in Martial arts as the art is based on the most practical and effective counter to a given situation. George and his team at Newcastle Krav Maga Wharrier St are awesome, patient well trained and the classes are fun and well thought out.
